Liquid Video Technologies Support
Liquid Video Technologies, Inc. is at your service. We understand that manufacturing and installing Digital Video Recorders, Cameras, Alarm Systems, Fire Systems, Audio/Visual Equipment, and Networking are not a one time proposition. Service is critical to the continued operation and full functionality of your equipment. Since we are a technology company and our markets are dynamic, we are here to support your needs of today as well as those of tomorrow. We have instituted a service and support policy below and hope this will better facilitate your needs.
We have several ways you can contact us for support/services during regular business hours as well as in non-business hours. These methods are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we try to respond within 24 hours to any service or support request.
Regular Business Hours
Our operating hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and on Saturday 9:00am to 12:00pm (Service/Support work is not covered on Saturday). You can reach us by calling toll-free at 866-466-6563, 864-859-9848, or you can email us at support@liquidvideotechnologies.com
Non Business Hours
Our non-business hours are Monday thru Friday 6:00pm to 9:00am and Saturday – Sunday. This also includes any major holidays; such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
Warranty
Liquid Video Technologies includes a warranty for most of our products and services. If you have a question whether or not your product has a warranty please consult your estimate, proposal or final contract. If you have a question, email us at support@liquidvideotechologies.com . Our warranties do not cover the following: Any and all acts of God; such as lighting, flood, fire, tornado, or any other natural disaster. Our warranty also does not cover any acts of war. We also do not warranty any against any electrical surges, power-outages, brown-outs, power spikes of any kind. Also, any tampering by employees, owners, customers, now Liquid Video Technologies representative that attempts to repair, service, or fix a warranty item will void any and all warranties from Liquid Video Technologies. Manufacturer warranties are governed by their terms and condition.
Support and Services
We provide the following support and services; voice and data, networking, video surveillance, recording/burning of video for the police or government officials, fire system, burglar alarm, and computer. Some of these services are covered under warranty. Many of our product and services are covered under product or installation warranty. Please refer to your initial billing and contract for specific conditions. All other support and services rendered outside the specified warranty conditions are billed at the rates below.
Charges
Liquid Video Technologies rates Monday thru Friday during regular business hours is $85.00 dollars an hour.
Trip charge (includes first 30 minutes of on-site service)
Distance less than 30 miles | $85.00 an hour |

Distance less than 125 miles | $130.00 an hour |
Distance greater than 125 miles | $165.00 an hour |
Liquid Video Technologies non-business hours are rates are $127.50 dollars an hour.
